About the role
We are looking for a full time Executive Assistant to provide onsite and remote support to our Divisional President at English Language Learning. Working alongside senior leaders at a global company, you will gain access to every facet of a high functioning ELL leadership team.
Responsibilities
Manage the inbox and timeliness of responses to internal and external queries and communications, often handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Manage a complex business calendar. Proactively manage changes without consultation whilst resolving issues and conflicts
Coordinate and plan global trips by arranging appropriate travel, visas, agendas and necessary contacts. Executing all travel arrangements in line with global company policies
Schedule and manage team meetings - create agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items
Form strong relationships with members of the executive team, wider function and fellow assistants
Work closely and effectively with external stakeholders including Board Members and professional bodies where required
Run the ELL Officer’s office by onboarding new joiners, completing expense claims, budgetary information and requisitions in a timely manner.
Ensure team management basics are in place - role profiles, quarterly feedback sessions, training requirements etc
Coordinate and execute global events, town halls and ELL roadshows
Coordination of communications requirements supporting strategic communications lead
Create and maintain an excellent team environment by living and breathing our Values (We ask What If; We ask Why; We earn Trust; We Deliver Quality; We Mark Our Mark) and ensuring the needs are met of not only the CFO but her wider team.
About you
Experience:
Experience of supporting a senior executive, within a fast-paced, global organization.
Excellent computer literacy/competence; skills in Microsoft Office including e-mail systems, MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships and work as part of a team
Good organisational, prioritisation and decision-making skills
Proven ability to show tact, diplomacy and understanding and work with extremely confidential material.
High level of criteria to prioritize meetings and trips while being proactive finding solutions or giving answer to every request.

Coordination : Experience coordinating and executing in-person and virtual events via Teams / Zoom
Flexibility : Ability to manage a variety of activities, tasks, time zones and cultures.
